Our role consists in analysing the risks and finding the insurance solutions best suited to our clients' needs. We represent the insured in the management of coverage, notably in the event of a claim. Each request is meticulously studied in order to obtain an insurance coverage tailored to the specific needs of our client in terms of both cost and quality and therefore offering the most suitable and competitive insurance solutions available locally and on the international markets.

Consultancy/Advice

Every intervention described above may result in a specific support assignment. This will be charged on a consultancy fee basis agreed upon with the client from the outset. Examples of such interventions include cover purchase, on-going support and follow-up of contentious matters or, indeed, matters relating to disputes with an insurer.

Audit

Audit assignments, also available as a specific service and charged on a consultancy fee basis agreed upon with the client from the outset, is similar to the aforementioned. Their aim, however, is to produce a schedule of conditions through an independent professional's assessment. It thus provides an objective analysis of the general concept of an insurance programme or, more specifically, any particular aspect of coverage, risk exposure, risk prevention, claims management or an analysis based on statistics.

Delegated Management

This service, completely independent from all of the other services we provide, is geared towards insurance companies or corporate clients wishing to delegate the administration of their claims in construction insurance, liabilities or warranties. Managed by a specially trained team, our assignments benefit from a sound knowledge of the area in question, implemented by setting specific contingency procedures and expert reporting.

Training

Training days are organized on a regular basis. Naturally, these embrace all aspects of our specific areas of competence and we are frequently asked to participate in training courses and conferences on related subjects. With this in mind, we define ourselves as consultants, in the same way a consultant provides adapted services aimed at creating optimum relations between himself and his client. Advice is a core feature in all our activities, equally important during the early stages of definement, as in the later stages of underwriting insurance cover and actual claims.
